Creativity
Innovation and Creation is at the heart of our existence – cooking, technology, music are a few very diverse fields that are what they are today because of these qualities of man. Designing experiences where children will learn to deliberately think out of the box is mandatory at Guru Nanak Foundation Senior Secondary School.
Collaboration
Teamwork is the basic skill for the success of communities. Unless children learn to work with the diversity of people, unless they learn to share and learn to accept, their chances for success become stunted. Getting children to work together is a part of the schema of the curriculum at Guru Nanak Foundation Senior Secondary School.
Communication
These are times when we talk of global communities. Our children need to have enough exposure so that they are confident and with what is happening in the world. Frequent opportunities for debating, presentations, meetings and interacting with professionals are a part of the curriculum at GNFGS
Why Choose Us
Opportunities for Children
We observe each child and give them opportunities to honer their talents and skills so that each child’s inner potential gets noticed.
We have four students led houses in our schools where children are the key decision-makers. They lead us on various aspects of school management such as cleanliness, canteen menu, maintenance of the garden, organizing school events, and educational film screenings. School to impart training in the discipline of Art, Dance, Theatre, and Film.
School run career and Lifeskills program to identify and create opportunities for each child to pursue fields of interest starting at an early age through real-world project work. Run community service programs to sensitize each child on environmental sustainability and community issues through meaningful projects with long-term impact.
Critical Thinking
Life throws up extremely common and the strangest situations at us. To be able to understand them, evaluate them, search for causes, and seek sustainable solutions is a much-needed habit of the mind. Exposure to situations for the children to think through is a committed path at Guru Nanak Foundation Global School
Collective Vision
The school and parents must work hand in hand to attain our collective vision. To achieve this Guru Nanak Foundation Global School conduct Workshops to update parent and curriculum and methods used in the classroom. Create detailed student report that will be shared monthly. Send monthly newsletters with our achievements and future plans. Share research findings and films to help parents understand their child better and maintain an updated website for parents to remain connected with us 24/7
